No. You can check out as a guest. An account keeps every order in one place, and you can create one at the checkout or on the account page.

We print exactly what you type, so check the spelling. We will not print anything offensive, and we refund the order if we cannot print it.

Up to two weeks from your order. Every Qooboid is printed and packed by hand, so there can be delays; if yours is going to be late, we tell you. It comes by tracked delivery.

A ready-made one, yes, within 14 days of delivery. One with your own words is made only for you, so it comes back only if it is faulty or not what you ordered.

Send us a photo with your order number and we will print you another or refund you, whichever you prefer.
